We saw tigers in all 3 parks but it doesn't just happen, there is a lot of driving about to do to find them. But it's worth it.

Kamaal, our group leader, was very friendly and felt like a friend by the end of the trip. The train journeys were very good and meant we saw a lot of the countryside. Our group got on very well which made for a good atmosphere and seeing tigers was just the most amazing experience and my reason for choosing this trip.
There was a lot of travelling on roads in very poor condition. It can't be helped, but a bus with better suspension would have helped enormously!
I think the number of places / activities included was just about right. Trying to fit more in would feel rushed and it was nice having 3 nights at Bandhavgarh and Kanha to relax a little.
A good mix of basic and comfortable well appointed accommodation. My favourite was the Mogli lodges at Bandhavgarh and Kanha. They were basic, but clean and spacious. Having a more luxurious hotel in Agra made a nice contrast too.
Kamaal did a great job and always with a smile! When we had trouble with a bus he'd already arranged another one before we knew about it. His passion for tigers was clear and he gave us lots of interesting information about the regions we visited.

Seeing a tiger for an hour in Kanha national park - just like a giant tomcat on steroids!
[Least enjoyed] The coach travel, especially when the suspension broke. The first coach was too small so it was actualy a relief when it broke down and was replaced with a bigger one which did have slightly better suspension - even if it did catch fire due to a short circuit in the most vital piece of equipment on an Indian vehicle, the horn.
[Kamaal] An excellent guide, very committed to the cause of tigers and wildlife generally in India.

The country itself was fascinating and it was fantastic to see so much of it in a relatively short space of time. However the absolute highlight was seeing tigers. My expectation was low from the description in the brochure, which is as it should be, but we actually saw lots of tigers and it was fantastic.
Ranthambore was a bit of a waste of time and we all agreed on this. Very commercialised with little chance of seeing a tiger. Would rather it was skipped and more time concentrated in Kanha.
The accomodation, food and service in Mogli Resort in Kanha was fantastic, can't recommend it enough.
Kamaal was amazing, friendly with a fantastic sense of humour, adaptable and his knowledge of tigers was outstanding. Fantastic guide!!

I like all the aspects of the trip.
I especially enjoy the visits to the National Parks looking for Tigers and other wildlife.
Our Group leader on the Indian Wildlife tour was Kamaal Uddin. He was an excellent and attentive guide and we were extremely pleased with his services.

We booked this tour primarily to see tigers in the wild. We were very lucky to have over a dozen sightings and close up views. In addition to all the wildlife we were very pleased to have had the excellent services of our guide Kamaal, whose humour and enthusiasm made the trip even more pleasurable. The interaction with local people, especially in the small country villages was truly memorable.
We had Kamaal as our group leader and were very pleased that we did. We notice that he is in the top 4 guides and deservedly so. His humour and pleasant personality shone through all the way.

Seeing the Tigers in their natural habitat was a most exhilarating sight especially on how close you could get to them, also the Taj Mahal is a magnificent spectacle that pictures do not do it justice, to see it up close and real is trully spellbinding
Kamal was exceptional as a group leader. He organised everything with military precision, his comittment to us as a group was superb and his dedication and endeavours for us to see tigers was tireless, he was just as excited as we were when they were spotted and his enthusiasm regarding the tigers was a pleasure to behold. A very nice man who should be very proud of himself on his work as a group leader and we had the pleasure of meeting his family too..Thank You very much Kamal

Apart from the train journey I loved the itinerary which, though exhausting, gave us a wonderful insight into the culture & people of India. Not a moment was wasted.
I would have been quite happy to miss out on Ranthambore - apart from no tigers the vehicles (canters?) used were too big, overcrowded & uncomfortable.
Kamal was outstanding. He was caring, knowledgable, sociable & his passion for tigers was inspirational.

Our tour leader was invaluable, but seeing the tigers was without doubt the highlight and a memory that will stay with us for a lifetime.
Kamal is a complete star and the trip wouldn't have been the same without him.
went to see the Taj Mahal and Tigers and was successful on both fronts excellent experience
our group leader Kamil was an absolute star very very good
all round an excellent trip but the highlight was the tigers can,t believe how close we were to wild tigers AMAZING
kamal was an extremely helpful guide gave assistance when problems arose and was very concerned when i became ill feel he acted well above his remit
Being with the animals, there are more anilams to see than in India and being able to get up close was wonderfull.
Good, was able to talk to all ages in the group.
We saw Tigers in all 3 parks but it doesn't just happen, there is a lot of driving about to do to find them. But it's worth it. The elephant ride is only optional if the park run them so don’t expect this to happen - we got ours on the very last safari in Kanha. The train travel was great and the sleeper very comfortable. It was a totally amazing experience and I want to go back
Group guide Kamaal was fantastic- everything ran totally smoothly and he is very knowledgeable about the wildlife and areas.
