Fascinating Istanbul with it's beautiful palaces and mosques. Many of the mosques were originally churches and you will learn the history of the early Christian church and how Turkey then became part of the Ottoman empire.
You will surely be able to find a souvenir at The Grand Bazaar, trading since 1461 with over 5.000 shops!
Ephesus and Troy
Ephasus is unrivalled as an ancient city and was the Roman capital of Asia. Troy, dating back to 3000BC has been the site of 9 different cities and is famous for the epic poem Iliad by Homer, describing the Trojan War.
