Combine your journey into stunning little-visited areas of southern Thailand with a fantastic opportunity for the whole family to make a positive contribution to the lives of a rural village community. You can get stuck into an array of activities which may include English lessons and games with children, helping in the community garden, beach clean-ups and going to market to buy provisions. It's fun and educational, too!

Share local life, give something back

This is a chance to experience the real Thailand. Join with the warm-hearted residents of a traditional fishing community for cultural exchange and local exploration, then help out with their ongoing projects. Follow a local guide for a peaceful walk through the village and down to the beach. Hop aboard a long-tail boat to explore mangroves and uninhabited tropical islands, and enjoy delicious home-cooked meals with your host family. You’ll spend three days with a project team that has been working in the area since the 2004 tsunami to help villages create a sustainable future. Your time in the village will make a difference by educating children, protecting mangrove forests, training women’s craft groups, and joining your hosts for cultural and natural exploration.

Beaches & islands

The picture-postcard beaches of Koh Phangnan are perfect for some down-time, snorkelling or simply relaxing. On Koh Samui you'll explore the island's coconut-palm-filled interior; dramatic waterfalls and a butterfly farm will keep all the family entertained

Rainforest trails

In Khao Sok National Park you'll enter one of the region's oldest rainforests for an exciting jungle trek along superb trails. There's the chance to go river tubing in season and it's usually possible to ride elephants (optional).
