Excellant mix of beach activities and desert adventure

We were a family of five, youngsters aged 16-23. They enjoyed snorkelling, diving lesson really great value, sandboarding also a success. We all enjoyed Camel ride alomg coast path different and lovely. Desert adventure will never be forgotten, stars beautiful. St Catherines monastry and Mt Sinai, tour arranged independently, was a highlight of the trip. Our hotel, Coral Coast, delightful, food very good. The management and staff friendly and helpful.

Friendly and very helpful. We learned a lot about the bedouin way of life. Lovely people who are suffering at present because of lack of tourism. Some of our guide's instruction lost in translation but this only added to the mystery of the trip.

Make sure all batteries are charged for the desert trip. Mount Sinai very cold(Feb). Make sure you have plenty of clothing. And keep camera battery warm! Not allowed to dive for 12hrs before trip home.

Our guide was exceptional and really made the holiday

Our guide was exceptional and really made the holiday, with his knowledge, humour and energy. There were changes to the original schedule, but all efforts were made to accommodate our needs. In addition our original hotel didn't meet our expectations and we were offered a much better alternative without any fuss.
Very professional, friendly service

Unfortunately the Mount Sinai climb was cancelled which was a shame but there was no part of the trip which was disappointing.

The two days in the desert were fantastic and the overnight camp was something we will never forget. The friendliness of the Bedouin people was overwhelming and certainly broadened our horizons and desire for travel.

our original accommodation ( the Rocketa Hotel, Dahab ) was poor. This was discussed with the rep who quickly arranged an excellent alternative

Cannot praise him enough. We all learnt so much about what being an Egyptian Bedouin is like and his pride and faith were astounding. We feel like we made a real friend and hope to keep in touch with him and his family.
