The Caribbean sea around the Yucatan is unbelievably azure-blue. Extending your trip here is the perfect way to finish off your holiday but there are plenty of things to do if you are still looking for adventure. The ruins at Tulum have a prime location above a sparkling beach and can be explored independently or with a local guide (additional charge). Longer extensions are also available.
