You cross into remote Laos known as Land of a Million Elephants, this country has an unspoilt appeal for travellers that few countries can match. Finally to friendly Cambodia where you visit the awe-inspiring Angkor Wat complex undoubtedly one of the world's finest temples. Tourisim is still in its infancy in Laos and Cambodia. In these countries you will see serene beauty and experience a unique culture as your family discover a side of SE Asia that has perhaps been lost to commercialism in other nearby countries.

Mekong Boat Journey
Your adventure begins with a riverboat journey down the mighty Mekong, a practical and traditional means of travelling through the mountainous interior. You'll pause to explore the remarkable Pak Ou Caves full of ancient Buddha statues.
Thailand - Bangkok & Chiang Mai
The temples and bright lights of Bangkok make an exciting start to your family adventure. An overnight train takes you to the contrasting peacefulness of the north where you discover a relaxed pace and a unique culture. Explore temples and the night market before taking a cooking lesson. Learn to use oriental falvours that you can use at home to impress your friends.
Laos - Hilltribes
Largely untouched by tourism, lovely Laos has 68 ethnic groups. These fascinating villagers each have unique beliefs, languages, methods of farming and dress. A river journey allows you to experience local life here and take in the sights. You'll also spend time in the laidback former capital of Luang Prabang.
Cambodia - Angkor Wat
In Cambodia you will discover Angkor Wat - one of the world's greatest ancient wonders. As you explore this architectural phenomenom you will find atmospheric temples, tangled in with tree roots and giant carved stone faces peering through the jungles. What an adventure!
