The whole trip was excellent, but I must say the highlight of the trip was the wonderful way that our tour guide Ros ensured that every one of the group had a great time, and the level of walking was ballanced to ensure that we had very enjoyable days experiencing the wonderful scenery of Northern Cyprus as well as having time to relax both with the group and have time to ourselves.
There was nothing to not enjoy on this trip, the whole team involved ensured that we had a wonderful time throughout! Well done!
Due to the fact that we were on holiday at an extremely hot time, our tour guide Ros altered the itinery slightly to ensure that the walking on the first couple of days included as much shade as possible! All the things on the itineray were included, just moved around to make the days as comfortable as possible.
The hotel had good facilities, and we were lucky enough to have a good room with a sea view, which was not necessarily expected. The breakfasts were really good, tho we ate out each evening so can not comment on the evening meals.
Our group leader briefed the group regarding responsible tourism. Throughout the week she recommended ways to ensure that the group were aware of ways to help the local community and businesses. She gave us opportunities to experience local food, and visit local cultural sights.
Our group leader Ros was excellent, she briefed the group regularly and excplained the days events, (and regularly reminded us!), as well as adapting to requests from the group. Her friendliness and sociability ensured that everyone in the group got the most from the trip, and enabled the group to have a lovely sociable time together on both the day activities and several additional evening activities. She had a brilliant local team!

The view from the top of Buffavento Castle was superb and definitely not to be missed. An example of when photographs just don't do the landscape the justice it deserves!
There wasn't anything on the trip that I didn't enjoy! The itinerary gave just the right amount of activity and opportunity for relaxation for someone who has a reasonable level of fitness but is not an accomplished walker. The group of people were an eclectic mix of fantastic characters who all got along famously for the week and the group leader was particularly astute at judging the individuals within the group and catering for their different personalities and interests.
[Accommodation] The view from the hotel room was unfortunate as it overlooked the hotel parking area and surrounding private (run down) apartment blocks. Some of the pools were not available as they were being prepared for the summer season and the beach was not accessible. The location of the hotel was not ideal as although it was a reasonably short walk to the town of Kyrenia, the route seemed a little dubious, particularly after dark, however the taxi alternative was cheap and reliable. The rooms of the hotel were functional and clean however the balcony door did not lock. Staff were very polite and friendly. The ceramic sink fell through the bathroom unit and smashed into several pieces, cutting and bruising my foot.
The knowledge of the group leader with regard to the local area's restaurants, bars and places of interest, as well as the history of Northern Cyprus was fantastic and made a huge difference to the experience of the holiday. A job very well done!

***** Comment from The Adventure Company*****
Since receiving this feedback we have been in contact with the hotel who have now carried out stress tests on sinks in all hotel rooms and made sure that all sinks are securely fixed to the wall.
Ros is a fantastic guide who inspired great confidence and shared huge amounts of knowledge.
The lunches provided during the walks were fantastic
Fantastic

Visiting Antiphonitis Church during our walk. The lunches prepared and brought out to us on each walk.
Trip was well organised. Leader adjusted itinerary due to very hot weather giving us time to aclimatise to the heat. The back up vehicle with plentiful supply of water and also offering the ability to have a break from the walk and meet walkers at their next stop. Food supplied on the walk was very welcome and very good.
[Accommodation] Staff very helpful and grounds well kept. Pools well kept. Breakfast choice was excellent
Roz was well organised and helpful group leader, giving advice on where to eat in the evening etc.

Every day was good but the St Helarian castle walk and the Bella Pais walk were my favourites, plus good nights out with tour group.
Fun.

The walk through the aremenian ruins. Nice track with great scenery and not on a road.
Bit slow and less challenging than I was expecting. Still nice but would have preferred more actual hiking. I would have enjoyed an overnight hike in the hills if it was possible. Maybe stay in a hut or something like that.

There were so many but the overriding highlight was standing at the highest point of Buffovento Castle watching the snow blowing upwards!
The knowledge of our guide was wonderful. The weather was not quite what was to be expected and this affected which walks we were able to do, but every day the correct decision was made and we followed the best of the weather and got in all the walks on the itinerary just not necessarily in the right order. A fantastic week.
The Group Leader was wonderful. Her knowledge was extensive and she clearly loved her work. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made the holiday what it was.

We had a very enjoyable holiday.A paricular highlight for us was how well our group of 9 got on together. Our guide Ross was brilliant.Mustapher provided discreet backup transport throughout the week. The lunches were a real treat to look forward to along the route.
Roz is a credit to the Adventure Company. Without her our holiday would not have been the same.Nothing was too much trouble. She was great fun too.

Our excellent guide [Ros] who was very knowledgeable, friendly and fun and he beautiful scenery of Northern Cyprus.
Great!
The amazing views from the hillsides made it worth the climb up the hundreds of steps to get to the top and find the ancient ruins of castles. A varied week's walking with some walks on open tracks, some climbing and some forested walks. Excellent lunches brought out to us every day on our walks by one of the driver's with all the food cooked by his wife - delicious! Great weather in April and the best bit of all - the cold beer waiting for us at the end of each day's walking!!
Our tour leader was very knowledgeable and had plenty of information to impart about the locality, it's history, culture and wildlife. She set a good pace for walking making sure that it was neither too fast or too slow for any members of the group.
