Culture and Discovery Collection
On these fantastic classic adventure tours you’ll travel in added comfort and style and stay in hand-picked accommodation that offers a genuine flavour of the places we visit and explore. Some hotels may be boutique, others are more simple abodes, but stand out from the choice in the area; and sometimes it is the fantastic setting or incredible location that makes the place so special.
The River Kwai & Kanchanaburi
Site of the 'Bridge over the River Kwai', Kanchanaburi is a poignant reminder of this historic event. You have the time here to understand more about the history of this place, which will be increased by visits to the Jeath Museum and Allied War Cemetery.
Sukhothai
Nicknamed the Dawn of Happiness, Sukhothai still recalls Siam's golden age with its superb statues, marvellous monuments and lotus flowers in full bloom.
H'mong Hilltribe Group
Travel to where the rice fields meet the forest and get acquainted with Thailand's second-largest hilltribe group - the H'mong. Admire the embroidered aprons, colourful sashes and silver jewellery worn by many H'mong females and gain a fascinating insight into local customs.
