Turtle
Orang-utans, turtles & Kota Kinabalu
After snorkelling close to the turtles and hopefully witness the hatching phenomenon, you travel to Sepilok, home of the important orang-utan rehabilitation project in Borneo. Here you’ll learn about this wonderful yet endangered animal – a highlight of the trip. Your final days will be spent on the coast at Kota Kinabalu where you can relax and reflect on your adventure through Borneo.
Headhunters of Borneo
After finding your feet in Kuching, you’ll set off on your adventure deep into Borneo to the jungle heart of Sarawak. You’ll enter Bako National Park to walk nature trails and look for wild boar, monitor lizards and proboscis monkeys. You'll then have a deeper approach to Borneo through the visit of Iban (headhunter!) hosts. You’ll hike jungle trails, participate in a blowpipe demonstration and swim at a refreshing waterfall.
Homestays
Get to know the real Borneo as you spend 2 nights in local homestays interacting more perosnally with the people of this incredible country.
