[Least enjoyed] First bike ride was a bit short
The food was variable. Overall could have been better. Plenty of it though.
The local guides in Andorra were excellent. Fantastic with all the children, knowledgeable, helpful and very clear in their directions and safety briefs. Our very special thanks to Sarah, Andy and Stuart. Also to Angie who singlehandedly ran the bar and dinner service.

We were absolutely stunned with the quality of the accommodation at our venue [Hotel Roc De Saint Miquel]. The catering was excellent including the lunch time take-out portions. The guides were very knowledgeable & travelling with similar like minded people with children of the same age made the trip a pleasurable experience!
[Least enjoyed] One particular guide was quite rude & abrupt during a conversation over breakfast regarding the downhill mountain biking activity & as a result of his attitude, several members from 3 families withdrew from our set activities on our last day in favour of a guide with a more understanding persona. Whilst I’m lead to understand he is the most skilled person in his field, his interpersonal skills have yet to be developed!
[Accommodation] We were privileged to have been offered the largest suite in the hotel by one of the owners [a fully self contained 3 bedroom flat] which included everything from TV, Xbox & DVD player, to fridge, cooker, hob & dishwasher! Not to be selfish though, we offered an open house every evening to those who wanted to chill out away from the bar on the full length balcony, perfectly set with a stunning backdrop of the Pyrenees, whilst still keeping an eye on the kids below all running around in the secluded back yard well away from the hustle of the main road!

The guides were great at assessing the needs of a mixed group and making sure everyone had a challenging but enjoyable holiday. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and organised the trips for our "free" day which were also fatastic fun.
[Least enjoyed] The food was rather "samey" and not very good quality. Very large portions with few fresh vegetables, probably appropriate after a day of skiing in the freezing cold but not a day of hiking in 35C temps.
[Accommodation] Despite the food, a fabulous holiday and we were very well taken care of. We were very lucky because we were provided with a three bedroom flat.
Great, see comments made before about the excellence of the guides

The highlights were without a doubt the trip guides, they made every activity extra special and went above and beyond.
[Least enjoyed] The B&B, although the staff were excellent and the food was reasonable, the quality of accommodation was disappointing and would stop me booking again. I know it was only 2 star, but it is a long time since we have stayed in 2 star accommodation and I had forgotten how bad it is. Lumpy and uncomfortable beds, very thin walls (I thought the people in the room next door and above were in our bathroom at one point). Very small rooms. Bobbly sheets and tired and old fashioned decor and bedding. We would pay extra for a better quality of accommodation - it is worth it for a good night's sleep.
The itinerary was perfect.
AMAZING!

Whiter Water rafting, Canyoning, socialising with the other guests and being challenged.
[Least enjoyed] Hiking UP the steep mountains bits. Loved small inclines, plateau and the down parts!
Important to ensure all members of the group have enough water - sometimes 1 bottle not enough!
[Accommodation] The outdoor table & chairs were dated and in need of repair. Plastic chairs are not the best to sit on in very hot temperatures! Rooms cleaned every day and towel changes often. Food excellent and plentiful.
A variety of leaders for the actvities. All excellent & local so knew their stuff!
Mrs P - Travelled in August 2012
The whole week was amazing - the walks, cycling and white water rafting - one of the best things I have ever done. The group leaders were wonderful - so helpful and they geared everything to the ages and abilites of the adults and children in the groups.
All our leaders were great and helped make the week one of the best holidays I have had.
Zip wire on the day off
[Least enjoyed] 30 hours getting home
[Any additional comments on trip itinerary] No; it was perfect
[Accommodation] Room Very small

The quality of the guides and the activities they had put together really made the trip. It was pitched at just the right level with options that allowed the more adventurous to push themselves while allowing the less adventurous to still enjoy themselves.
The whole trip was great and one of the best family holidays we have been on.
While the Hotel was small, Nick and his team are really friendly and welcoming and made for a very enjoyable holiday.
Nick and Stuart were outstanding and really made the holiday enjoyable. Their knowledge of the area was great and the activities were great fun. They were also excellent with the children

The scenery and the activities were fantastic although the good weather helped.
We were staying in the same hotel all week and I found the breakfast selection was very limited and of poor quality. Most of my family just had bread and cheese for breakfast as the cereal and fruit juice was awful. Evening meals were OK for adults but not great for the children. Beds were OK but there was a lot of external noise keeping us awake. Packed lunches were good but we had them every day and we were not told that on some days we would be sitting next to a local restaurant which would have been nice to try.
The local guides were absolutely fantastic and Stuart was brilliant with the kids. They really enjoyed their days out with him. They said the highlight was the 4WD trip through the mountains. The guides were also very patient with the slowest cyclists (me!)
Mrs M - Travelled in June 2012
The day of the 4 wheel drive treck, the stunning views, the white water rafting and the swimming pool at the end. Topped off with perfect weather and our two guides.
Stu was just great. Really friendly, especially good with the kids, and excellent company.
