The country was beautiful, the activities were fun, and the hotel was great. The food was good local cuisine cooked well. I have travelled alot and this has to rank as one of the best trips ever.

The activities were excellent

The activities were excellent and the holiday was made even better by the great group of people that were on the holiday.

The guides and hotel staff when out of their way to make shore we enjoyed the trip.

The hotel was well kept, and the bar stayed open until we went to bed.

The guides when out of their way to make shore we enjoyed the trip and was able to change the itinerary to suit our needs.

Canyoning and canoeing were excellent

Canyoning and canoeing were excellent, great weather helped being wet most of the time.  Friendly guide, Harry, and staff at the hotel.

[Least enjoyed] Having a dedicated singles week at the same time and in the same hotel as a family week.  Thankfully we only spent minimal time with them.

The whole trip was fantastic I am glad I opted for this one.  Great crowd of people as well.

Accomdation was clean and tidy, better than the Andorran hotel, but the shower head could have been more stable as it was a bit loose and dangling on the bracket.

The group leader was friendly, interactive and helpful.

Was a good overall experience

was a good overall experience with beautiful local scenery. The rep. Harry was very good; enthusiastic and joining in with all the activities both daytime & nocturnal.

[Least enjoyed] maybe 3 days rafting/kayaking was one too many and maybe an overnight stay camping could have added an extra dimension to the trip. Also, with the good weather/locations, maybe a barbeque for lunch would have been fun as opposed to turning up at a cafe/restaurant.

I think the layout of the hotel could be improved. There was no focal/meeting point which is usually located by a pool or bar. There was no lounge area for evening relaxation. The hotel seemed to have large areas devoted to dining which were never used all the time I was there and in my opinion would have been better used as a sofa/bar/tv type area. lack of fruit at breakfast i.e. none.

as mentioned before, Harry was very good, joining in with all the activities and very helpful.

A very good itinerary

Kayaking on the Cetina - having the smaller boats (with 3 people in) on the fast flowing section of the river was really exhilarating. The mountain biking (and swimming at the source of the river Ruda), canyoning & rafting were also unforgettable experiences.

[Least enjoyed] Canoeing down the slow flowing section of the Centina (back to the hotel) was a bit boring. We stopped twice on route, so maybe a BBQ at one of the stops would have made it more interesting. Or replace this part of the itinerary with pony trekking. I noticed the hotel offer this and would be a great way to get out into the open countryside.

A very good itinerary - hard days were followed by easier ones, giving you time to recover. Excellent range of activities which everyone could take part in.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in an ideal location. A stones throw from bars & shops and after a 5 minute walk you can be in open countryside which is ideal for relaxing after a hard day (there is even a small beach allowing you to swim in the river Cetina). The only downside was that the hotel felt a little tired - perhaps after a busy season. The layout was also a bit strange, my room was on the 1st floor but you had to go up to the 2nd floor across then back down to reach it.

Harry was a great group leader, loads of energy and gave everyone confidence in the activities. His English was excellent and his knowledge about the area was great. You can certainly see why he is booked up until at least May next year.

The active Dalmatia holiday was great. The weather was hot, varying between 25-32 degrees and the water activities made it very pleasant.

The hotel was good, as was the local food and the scenery was outstanding. The holiday gave you a taste of the true Croatia and of its long history. All in all, a holiday worth recommending and would certainly look to go back.

The guides were fantastic and could not do enough to help and make sure you enjoyed yourself. They would be the best guides that I have had on my holidays and have been on 6 holidays with this company.

A fantastic holiday. The country was beautiful, the activities were fun, and the hotel was great.

The personal service we had from our guides was second to none. The food was good local cuisine cooked well. Although sometimes strenuous, you could opt out of any activites if you felt they were too much. The local guides were so helpful and you really feel you get to see the true Croatia, with its friendly people and outstanding scenery. I have travelled alot and this has to rank as one of the best trips ever.
