The Adventure Company is now backed by a world class travel and leisure company which means you get the best of both worlds – big company security, but with the personal touch you’d expect from a smaller provider.

Hide We achieve this by employing some of the best travel professionals in the business and always putting customer service to the fore.
Among our team of 40 staff, we employ experienced tour planners who research and put together trip itineraries that really work – delivering fantastic experiences without the hassle, inconvenience or cost you might incur if you had to make your own arrangements. Their destination knowledge is very good ; several of our staff are also former tour leaders so are ideally placed to plan our trips.
We pride ourselves in our friendly and accessible sales and customer team. These departments are staffed to be around when you need to speak to them; not just at hours to suit us. You’ll find us normally open for business every day of the week and, unlike many much bigger companies, our customer service line is also stays open weekday evenings and on a Saturday – demonstrating our practical commitment to giving you help and support when needed.
Because they like what they do, many of our staff that have stayed with The Adventure Company for a long time. They have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience and this is especially true of our Sales team. Our regular customers will know them some of them quite well and seek out their advice about particular trips or destinations. We ensure our Sales team get the chance to travel regularly on our trips so they provide the kind of insights our customer will value.
