The Adventure Company launches Facebook for families
The Adventure Company has set up a dedicated Facebook page for families, to help them find inspiration for their next family holiday and share travel tips and advice with other parents.
To launch the page, The Adventure Company is offering families the chance to win a dream safari to Tanzania or £7,000 to spend on its unrivalled range of almost 100 family adventure holidays. Families can boost their chances of winning their holiday of a lifetime by filling virtual safari jeeps with their friends and family, or by referring friends to the competition.
The Adventure Company worked with digital agency KMP Digitata to develop the jeep-building app, which features colourful illustrations and the option to tag friends in the safari jeeps with light-hearted labels such as ‘The Action Jacksons’ or ‘The Fashionistas’.
“The Adventure Company’s new family Facebook page is a great way to find out what trips other families have enjoyed, share excitement about your next holiday, or get some advice on travelling with the kids in tow,” said Claire Wilson, Managing Director of The Adventure Company.
“We’ve developed the jeep-building app as a fun way for people to share the page with friends, but for one lucky family it’s something of a dress rehearsal as they’ll soon be piling into a safari jeep for real when they win a dream safari in Tanzania,” she added.
