You will explore the city sights including Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple and Swayambhunath Temple. Take a full day tour to nearby Bhaktapur, a small town which seems to be in a timewarp filled with rich heritage and ancient traditions. Walk through the cobbled streets and perhaps join a local potter in the square. Hotel - 2 nights (B)

Bandipur
Drive (approx 4 hours) to the hilltop village of Bandipur today. You will stop for lunch and see the Big Fig an enormous Banya tree before arriving in Bandipur in the later afternoon just in time for afternoon tea. Surrounded by awesome mountain and valley views you will take a walk here to get a taste of local life. Take in the Newari achitecture featuring slate rooves and carved wooden windows and absorb the traditional atmosphere of this hidden gem of a place. Hotel - 1 night (B)

Begnas
Today after a last wander round Bandipur you depart to Begnas Lake (approx 2 hours drive), a 20 minute boat ride takes you to your hotel. Walking along Sundari Danda ridge you can take in the views all around you of hills and the twin lakes of Rupa and Begnas. Why not try your hand at fishing or maybe do some yoga on the lakeshore, it feels like the perfect place for either. Hotel - 1 night (B)

Pokhara
Enjoy a relaxing morning at Begnas before you drive on to Pokhara (approx 30 mins). You will find a very laid back atmosphere here and numerous cafes and bars to hang out in as you relax into the local pace here.
