Arrive in Windhoek
On arrival in Windhoek make your way to your hotel, the rest of the day is at leisure. A stop will be made in town to allow you change money and purchase supplies. Lodge – 1 night

Seisriem
Travel in a south westerly direction to Seisriem, through Nabim-Naukluft Park one of the largest national parks in the world. This area is dry desert, with towering rock formations and a somewhat lunar landscape. There will be plenty of spectacular photo opportunities as you travel. Camping - 1 night (BLD)

The Namib Desert
An early start is essential today to make the most of this area. You take a walk in the cool of the morning, with soft sunlight just beginning to play over the dunes creating a sharp light and shadow contrast across the whole desert. Climb up some of the world's highest sand dunes. Ancient mineral pans, stunted camel thorn trees and the chance of seeing a gemsbok or maybe an ostrich make the photo opportunities perfect. In the afternoon visit the Sesriem Canyon. Continue for 1 hour to reach tonights campsite. Camping - 1 night (BLD)
Swakopmund
A long drive through the Namib-Naukluft Park takes you to the seaside town of Swakopmund. Enroute you visit Walvis Bay where you have lunch and see the local flamingoes.
The following day is free to enjoy Swakopmund. There are lots of shops, a good stretch of beach (although the Atlantic here is quite cold) and an open-air curio market. There is also a very good museum and the Namibian National Marine Aquarium is located in Swakopmund.
There are various optional activities that can be arranged including aeroplane and microlight flights over the desert, scenic drives, fishing trips (both from the beach or in a boat), sand boarding trips in the dunes, bird-watching, and many other activities. All of these are at an additional charge and are subject to availability. Hotel - 2 nights (2xB)

Skeleton Coast and Brandberg
Continuing up the coast today you visit the Seal Colony of Cape Cross. At certain times of the year there can be as many as 100,000 congregating Cape Fur seals.
From here you head deeper into the desert and pass Namibia’s highest mountain, The Brandberg, (2573 m). This is Damaraland one of the most beautiful desert regions in Namibia. Camping - 1 night (BLD)
Twyfelfontein
Visit the ancient Bushman rock engravings at Twyfelfontein. Then visit the Petrified Forest which is some 260 Million years old. The wood is now turned into stone. Tonights camp is at a local comunity site where all feed paid benefit the community so we can sleep well here. Camping - 1 night (BLD)

Etosha NP
Drive to Ethosha today. You will arrive in time for a late afternoon game drive. Your camp tonight is Okaukeuho which has its own waterhole where you can sit and watch camp tonight. The next day is a full day to enjoy game viewing. the park is a huge mix of forest and grassland centered around a large salt pan. You can hope to spot wildebeest, zebra, impala, springbuck, rhino, lion, elephant, giraffe, and plenty of waterbirds. You may wish to take an additional night drive (own cost) or just sit and enjoy the spectacle at the campsite waterhole. You will also camp at Halali or Namatoni rest camps across the park for some varied viewing opportunities. Camping - 3 nights (BLD daily)
Otjiwarongwe
Leaving Ethosha today after a fantastic few days on safari, you travel to a Cheetah Conservation Centre arriving just in time for feeding. This centre homes Cheetah that cannot be released into the wild again and has an education centre as well as a museum. Drive onwards to Otjiwaronwe for overnight. Camping - 1 night (BLD).
Waterberg Plateau
Drive to Waterberg Plateau where you take a walking trail to a spectacular viewing point, 200 m high on the plateau - look out for miles across the countryside in this fertile area. Optional 4WD game drive. Camping - 1 night (BLD)
Fly home
A further drive (approx 3 hours) takes you back to Windhoek in time to board your overnight flight home. (B)
