A Trip of a Lifetime

The wonderful diversity of Delhi, The embracing site of the Taj Mahal, Jaipur in all it,s colour, and yes the siting of the Royal Tiger at Ranthambhore Wildlife Park. A trip to remember for a long time to come. First class Hotels, first class food. A truly well organised trip. Watch this space, I will return.

We were met by a well spoken, well dressed man sporting an Adventure Company Poloshirt at Delhi airport, who introduced himself as Karni Singh. Right from the start of our incredible journey into India there was nothing to much trouble for him, finding ATMs that would accept our cards for instance, organising transport, accomodation, train tickets and porters. All of which was taken in his stride very professionally. If anyone in our party wanted to dine out in the evenings he would take us to restaurants he knew, and made sure everything was in order for us before he dined. Throughout the places we past by he was very knowledgeable and informative. Nothing seemed to bother him at all, making us all very comfortable indeed. I can certainly say he made our trip throughout India a real pleasure.

Enjoy yourselves, make sure you take a good camera, listen to your group leader, eat, drink and be merry. You may only be there once, so make the most of it. You are going on a well organised trip that your group leader has probably done many times before so don't worry. Also unfortunately as I did don't over pack I took far to much kit I didn't need.
