Price and Availability

A limited number of seats per flight are available at our special group rates, these are the prices listed below. Once these spaces have gone we will find the best alternative. Essentially, prices are subject to flight availability.
Child prices applicable for ages 11 and under at time of travel.

Booking with Flights

Our site offers prices with and without flights. The ‘Flight Inclusive’ prices on the website are based on our Group Flights and include all UK taxes.

Flight Inclusive explained...

We have prearranged special rates with airlines on most trips - known as the Group Flights. On these flights:

  • You generally start and finish in London, although we can book regional add-ons.
  • You travel as per your individual booking rather than as a group.
  • You will be met at your destination airport and transferred to the joining point.

To get our special Group Flights rates we recommend you book 3 or more months in advance.

As generally we have to hand back the Group Flight seat allocations to the airlines three months from departure, from which point we buy flights on the open market. Therefore any bookings within three months of departure are likely to be more expensive.

Without Flights explained...

This is the cost of the trip without flights, applicable if you wish to source your own transport and join us in-country. Due to the possibility of changes or delays to international flights we recommend you DO NOT purchase NON-CHANGEABLE or NON-REFUNDABLE tickets. These are generally cheaper but if dates or times change they could leave you considerably worse off.

Extending your holiday

If you wish to go out earlier or return later speak to a Travel Consultant as they can book the flights to match your requirements.

Getting to and from the airport

We offer competitive rates for airport car parks and hotels. See adventurecompany.co.uk/useful-links And can organise transfers from the airport incountry whether you book a trip with or without flights.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make meal and seat requests?

We will always pass on seat and meal requests to airlines; please highlight these requests at the time of booking. Note that requests are subject to confirmation from the airline, on some short haul flights meal options may be limited and not all airlines offer the facility to pre-book seats.

When should I book?

To avoid the possibility of having to pay flight supplements we recommend you book as early as possible, especially during peak travel times, such as Easter, Christmas and Summer Holidays.

Can I buy cheaper tickets?

Yes, but generally the cheaper the airline ticket, the more restrictions are imposed. Discounted tickets are often non-refundable and non-changeable. International airlines can, and do, change schedules, which can result in changing the days and may leave you with airline tickets no longer matching the tour. We cannot accept liability for the loss of your regional or international ticket if you decide to book these.

Do I need to reconfirm my flights?

Your Joining Instructions will advise whether or not your airline requires you to, and if so will give the relevant phone number. If required it is vital you do this at least 72 hours before departure.

Can I upgrade my flights?

All Group Flights are in economy class. We have negotiated competitive upgrade fares with a number of our airline partners. Please ask us for a quote.

Are my flights protected?

Are my flights protected? The air holidays and flights in this brochure are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. This means in the unlikely event of insolvency the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. The price of your holiday includes a £2.50 charge per person which goes to the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) fund. If you book your own flights check they are ATOL protected.
