Walking the Torrent de Pareis

Walking the Torrent de Pareis.  Abseiling. Jumping into the sea at Alcudia (when coasteering). Sunshine at a time of year when the UK was chilly and rainy.

[Least enjoyed] Other flats in the apartments where we were staying were occupied by a group of young people working for Esso, who were basically into getting drunk and partying at night.  Which meant getting to sleep wasn't always that easy. But the pool was a plus. Also the accommodation was pleasantly spacious.

Really good guides from Experience Mallorca.

Tracy wasn't actually around that much - but left messages, communicated by text etc..

use of local guides was great.

variety of activities, catering for all levels of experience, the local guides and their extensive knowledge. Horse-riding was fantastic!

[least enjoyed] the very noisy accomodation meant that we didn't get an awful lot of sleep so early mornings were hard.

guides spoke great german and french, but not always great english, so sometime difficult to understand.

pool was fantastic, rooms were clean and tidy and just what was required for the trip. a little out of town, but close to some good restaurants.

not a great deal of contact/communication with the group leader. not always clear to us (or the guides) how/when we were supposed to pay for the activities if arranged in addition to those included. has to chase up about transfer to airport on return journey. good local knowledge of the area.

use of local guides was great.
