lots of very interesting things to see and do.
travelling by public transport got quite tiring and was generally a hassle, especially crowded local buses and metro escalators that did not work. Had not experienced this on Adventure holidays before as ususally had own transport/mini bus.
had been a lack of liaison between Adventure Company and Intrepid, differences in itinerary and instructions for booking tickets to Alhambra Palace. For example,a trip to Toledo was included in Adventure itinerary but had to arrange it ourselves. Also airport transfer on arrival did not appear and homeward transfer took some chasing up, but was good once it had arrived.
[Accommodation] standard with Intrepid was not what we have got used to with Adventure Company.
