Morocco holidays 'are great for active travellers'

Editor of Adventure Travel Online Magazine Alun Davies cited the north African country as his top holiday hotspot for the next 12 months.

Travellers are likely to be particularly attracted to the nation because of its proximity to the UK and its climate, he claimed.

"Morocco might be good for this summer because people are going to be guaranteed the weather [and] it's only two-and-a-half hours' flight away," Mr Davies said, before adding that it offers some "fantastic" opportunities for outdoor activities.

Travellers who are keen on booking active Morocco holidays may wish to consider one of The Adventure Company's trips to the location.
