Trekking the Atlas Mountains 'could make a great family holiday'

Kids with adventurous parents could recommend that they plan Morocco holidays this summer and take in the tallest mountains in North Africa.

It can sometimes prove difficult to find a destination which suits all the family, pointed out travel expert Kraig Becker, a columnist for Gadling.

While the kids may want to spend their Morocco holidays riding camels or hanging out on the beach, their mothers and fathers may have slightly different ideas about what constitutes the ideal break.

Consequently, the journalist recommended that a trip to the highest peaks in the region could be the perfect way to keep the parents happy.

"If your dad is an adventurous traveller then perhaps he'd enjoy trekking in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco," Mr Becker commented.
