Kas is 'breathtakingly beautiful' and packed with activities

The Turkish town of Kas could be the perfect destination for family activity holidays this summer.

Indian lyricist and writer Mayur Puri, who has been involved in a number of leading Bollywood productions, picked out the coastal resort as one of his favourite places in the world to visit in an interview with The Deccan Herald.

He pointed out that the location's backdrop is one of the main reasons he is so keen on Kas, describing it as "breathtakingly beautiful, with azure waters of the ocean lapping the foothills around the town on three sides".

Mr Puri went on to state that he cannot wait to return to the town after visiting it during the production of a recent film.

Furthermore, the newspaper noted that Kas has plenty to offer people on family activity holidays, with watersports such as diving, snorkelling and swimming all on offer.
