Marrakech 'is full of attractions'

People who visit Marrakech during their Morocco holidays are unlikely to run out of things to do and see.

The city is packed with attractions and, as such, has managed to become a very popular destination for travellers, pointed out Raj Aryan in a column for MyNews.

For instance, the Djemaa el Fna market is one of Marrakech's most famous landmarks and is typically visited by people who are keen to pick up a bargain and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city during their Morocco holidays.

Mr Aryan noted that it is "probably one of the busiest squares in Africa" and said it really comes alive when darkness falls and "food stalls open in the square, transforming it [into] an open-air restaurant".

He added that the Saadian Tombs, the resting place for 60 members of the Saadi dynasty, is another of the city's most popular attractions.
