Egypt holidays 'offer perfect destination'
The country has just been voted as the "perfect holiday destination" by Pacific Area Travel Writer's Association (PATWA) and tourism publication Safari India, reports Sify.com.
Picking up the award, Adel El Masary, director of Egyptian Tourism Office in India, said the focus for 2010 is to encourage more people to go on Egypt holidays that take in Nile cruises and Luxor, the main city on the river's east bank.
"Luxor city is known as an open air museum with a rich heritage," the official stated.
For people inspired to see the sights of Luxor - including the legendary Valley of the Kings - going on The Adventure Company's Nile Riverboat Adventure offers the chance to fulfil that ambition.
