| About yourself: | As the IT manager at The Adventure Company my working day is filled with keeping our computer systems up and running and looking after our IT projects. However, when I’m out of the office, computery things couldn’t be further from my mind! As much of my time as possible is spent outside. Regardless of the weather you are quite likely to find me outside strapped to a mountain bike, or perhaps strapped into a pair of walking boots or a climbing harness dragging myself up and down the side of some hill or mountain. |

| What is your most memorable travel experience? |
Drinking tea with the Tenboche Rinpoche before heading off to climb Imja Tse. Or possibly drinking tea with Sir Edmund Hillary in Phaplu a few weeks earlier. And of course, you can't beat general campfire antics after a good day in the outdoors! |
| Where have you been? | Morocco, Nepal, Tanzania and Zanzibar, France, Spain, Andorra, South Africa, Italy, Thailand, Romania, Turkey, Croatia, Canada, the Netherlands and every corner of Wales! |

| What inspires you to travel? |
The joy I get from spending time in the mountains and the challenge of sport within them, the hustle and bustle of an unknown city, the warm glow of Africa, the immersion into other cultures and the fun of 'winging it' and not knowing what you're gonna or where your gonna go next! |
