Max has received 100% top scores from ALL customers without exception, and he does so consistently! We have also received several nominations via email from customers, all of which are accompanied by lovely comments about Max. His strong points include his huge amounts of local knowledge, great organisational skills and flexibility, infectious laugh, and the way he gets to know each individual and really takes care of the whole group, while still joining in on the fun. |
