Why go? Ethiopians celebrate Epiphany in style. A three day extravaganza, the most important festival begins as men, women and children clad in white robes gather for day and night-long ceremonies.  To commemorate Christ’s baptism in the Jordan river, the pools and rivers are blessed and people bathe and splash onlookers with water. On the final day, the feast of St Michael, people tuck into special meads and breads.
