I have just got my visa back today - posted it off on 10 Aug so only took 1 week, but they do say to allow 2 weeks. so if anyone wants to apply to Embassy in London there probably is still time. visit http://www.nepembassy.org.uk/visa.php for info and a link to the downloadable application form
Even if you are planning to get it at Tribhubhan airport, which may take a little time, it is good to have your form ready completed. [dont forget your two photos]
I'm also a single traveller -looks like there will be quite a few of us - but flying out earlier so see you in Kathmandu

hello - would anyone like to suggest a time and place to meet up at Heathrow? I can't think of anywhere suitable so welcome any suggestions!

I haven't been to Heathrow for ages, so I have no idea what's there. Ihad a look on their site. There's a Cafe Nero at Terminal 4, where we're departing from, that's before security/check-in. How about meeting there? As we've got to check in at least 3 hours before, shall we meet about 5/5.30ish?
