Did you manage to get home OK? We had to spend the night in London before getting an alternative coach home on Saturday. Also got stranded on the Gatwick Express train for 3 hours. Just wasn't meant to happen!
Yes, thank you - I managed to get onto the National Express coach back to central London which was only £7.50, thankfully not spending too much more money that day, and was home by 11ish.
Just very glad not to be one of the people stuck in Madrid, that would have been much worse. Feel so bad for all the people who ended up being there (and at Gatwick) for days rather than hours...

We have only just got our insurance money back and have booked to go to Cuba on 6th March. Hope you managed to sort your out too. What are your plans now?
