Hi Christina, I have just booked up for the same trip. A couple of friends of mine are going as well.
You looking forward to it? Nervous? I just hope I make it to the summit. You read quite a bit about altitude sickness so I will try and take it easy!
Hey great to hear from you, i'm very excited to say the least! though also a little nervous too.
Altitude sickness seems to be a problem, i've been recommended a drug called diamox, which is apparently quite effective and can be prescribed by your doctor.
How are your preparations and training coming along, all ready?

Hi there
I still have plenty of equipment to get, no.1 being some decent walking boots!! I do quite a bit of running/football etc. so fingers crossed fitness wise I should be ok. Unfortunately there aren't too many hills in West London for me to practice.
