Just noticed im on the Machame Route - Christina I see you are on the Rangai Route still may catch up at the airport? If we are all on the same flight! My preparations have just started!
Some running swimming and cycling so far as there are not many hills where I live in flat West Sussex.

I have most of the gear from a trip I did years ago to Peru so just a case of getting fitter.
