Kasbah Trail Departing 16th April
Hi
I'm booked on the Kasbah Trail trip on the 16th April and was wondering if there was anyone else out there that had also booked this trip. I'm a solo traveller and my first trip with adventure company so it would be good to chat to others on the trip before departure.

Hi Katy, I've just booked this trip! I'm also travelling solo and it's my first trip too - can't wait! It's good to hear there will be at least a couple of solo travellers.
Have you been to Morocco before?
Hi Rachel,
Great to hear from you. I've never been to Morocco before and like you, can't wait. It looks so beautiful in the photos and the trip sounds really interesting. I was a little worried I'd be the only solo traveller. Will you be also flying from Gatwick - if so, do you fancy grabbing a coffee in the departure lounge?
Have you been anywhere like Morocco before? I'm expecting the cultural differences to be so significant.
Katy
I know, I've wanted to visit Morocco for a while and think this trip sounds like the best way to do it. I've not travelled much outside Europe before so am also expecting a culture shock but should be really interesting.
I'll be flying from Gatwick too (I did look into organising my own flights as I live up in Liverpool but thought it would be easier this way!) so it would be great to meet up. Where abouts are you from?
Rachel
Hi Rachel
I'm from Aberystwyth, on the west coast of Wales. It takes so long to get to gatwick from here by train I'll have to go the day before! I looked at arranging my own flights but I couldn't get them much cheaper and then i would have had to arrange transfers - as you say at least this way there is less to worry about.
I'm getting my vaccinations next week - not looking forward to it!!!
Katy
Good luck! Which ones are you getting? I need to get my vaccinations soon too....and sort out what else I need to get for the trip!
Had Hep A and typhoid vaccines today. My arm feels very heavy now. Could have been worse at least i was up to date on my tetenus and diptheria so didnt need those and i didn't have to pay for either of the jabs!
I've started a list of things i need - its quite long! It'll be a challenge to keep to 10kg as they suggest as we will still need warm clothes for the evenings and a sleeping bag.
