INdian Visa application
HI
i am confused regarding the process for obtaining an Indian Visa using vs global sevice
i have entered info on line and printed off form.
a coupld of bits you have to complete are odd- like reference in India ?
also teh jobs section is limited but i can you pick a nearest fit.
i then get a 2" x 2" photo ( bigger than normal passport size?)
and send off with passport and a declaration with a special kind of return envelope ?
also to send fees but says postal order? surely a cheque is ok ,
has anyone done this and is it as confusing as i think or am i being thick.
i live in Dorset so don't really want to pay to go up to London myself.
i am going 7 Feb , so guess have plenty enough time to work it out!
any advice thanks
Brian

Hi
I got mine OK beginning of december. I agree, very confusing.
I couldn't find a job remotely like mine but a close fit worked OK
I found the Indian reference from somewhere in all the information on the trip
A normal envelope was fine
A cheque was fine
I had to have the photos taken by the people in Jessops shops. Just tell them the size you want and they will do the rest.
I got everything back in a week
Good luck
Alison
