Help
What had happened to the information from the previous website relating to departures in October 2010 where I had been in communication with other people on the same trip. Also I was in conversation with another person departing for Base camp on 5th. November and had exchanged several messages through the web site. All this now appears to be lost, even the Archive section in the Forum only gives you an option up to September 2010.
I even had to log in with an new password as the new site would not recognise it. Perhaps it would have been useful if you had sent an email to all users informing them of the changes as it is now likely that a lot of poeple will have been discouraged from using your website.
Please can you help.
Regards,
John Spanswick

Have you looked here http://www.adventurecompany.co.uk/forums/departure-lounge/october I am sorry if any information has been lost in this process - I will see if I can dig around in the archives to see if there are any more missing posts.
Will keep you posted.

Sounds as if we had similar problems regarding passwords, navigation etc. For me these were caused because I was accessing the Forum using bookmarked links. At the time I didn't realise that a major revamp of the site was in progress. Following an email exchange with Keith last Monday I cured the access problems by deleting my bookmarked pages and re-entered the site via the Google search page. Once in I re-bookmarked the pages that I regularly look at. Now everything appears to fall into place.
