I am due to go to base camp in September but my my partner has had set backs with her training. A bad car crash in October and now complications with having her appendix removed last month. Can anyone offer advice on whether she could become fit enough to make it or should I consider delaying until next year.

With small movements of tae bo and pilates. Consider the load that may take. Yoga is also a good suggestion :)
