First time solo travller, what and where?
Hi anyone,
Found myself single 3 months ago for the first time in 15 years. Like so many other posts I have read, all my friends are couples or cannot go or wont commit to going (not getting a complex or anything! )
Will be planning something more substantial for next year but I would welcome any ideas for a weeks break somewhere in the next 2 months. Always open to meeting / travelling with new people.
I like chilled and active holidays, 34, pretty fit and capable, let me know your thoughts
Cheers
Matt

Hi, i have been on two trips on my own with the Adventure company now, on the desert adventure and the inca trail. Both were awesome trips and not the specific solo trip. I have met some great people and made some new friends. I have booked Everest base camp for next April on my own again and i can't wait! So just bite the bullet and go for it. You will not feel like you are travelling alone and you will not look back!!
hi i am also considering a trip on my own using this company for the first time. I have been on holiday with a solos company before but not on a mixed group trip. I am thinking about the ecuador adventure in April but would feel much happier knowing other solo travellers would be on the trip so i am not on my own.
I too am a newbie and will be a solo traveller... when I finally decide what I want to book. I have been thinking about one of the Africa trips maybe March/April next year... although the ones I have looked at are not solo trips... Is there any other solos that have thought about doing one of the big Africa trips?
This is new to me too. i've never had to travel alone before and it seems both exciting and terrifying!! Would like to travel with a group to meet new people. Where's a good place to start?
Hi all, I am newly single aged 50 but young at heart! Is there anyone around my age group that is new to this? I am determined that my life is not over and that this adventure is just begining!
Hi, all
I have just booked India as a solo traveller.........looking forward to it with a little trepidation.....also older women...what the hell.......decided to stop thinking about it and do it.
