Hello,
I've recently booked this trip. It would be great to hear from any fellow travellers. This is my first trip with the Adventure Company and my first trip to Morocco.

Hi Crissy,
me too. Always wanted to go to the Atlas and I need to do some exercise!
Lindsay Easton.
Hi Crissy / Lindsay
ours too, we look forward to meeting you. are you flying with Air Maroc or BA.? we have been to sub-sahara Africa several times but not Morocco
regards
Phil and Wendy
Hello Phil and Wendy,
I'm flying Royal Air Maroc AT801. It would be nice if we could all (well four of us to date) meet up for a coffee/chat at Heathrow on the 12th. I've been a regular shopper at Milletts because I didn't have base layers etc - I've done really well in the sale. I usually choose to go somewhere hot.
Regards, Chrissy
Hello Lindsay,
I booked the trip and then went into panic mode! I only walk on high days and holidays so I've started a gym regime which I absolutely hate. I'm both excited and a little anxious.
Chrissy
Hi Chrissy
We are flying BA from Gatwick so will meet you at the hotel. Have just spoken to Amy at the Adventure Co and there are only the four of us at present.
Good luck with the gym, or you could just do some walking.
Phil and Wendy
Hi Phil and Wendy,
I didn't realise BA from Gatwick was an option - it would've been much more convenient as I only live 20 minutes from Gatwick.
You're quite right I could just walk, but I can't find anyone to walk with me and I would find it more of a chore than the gym on my own.
I look forward to meeting you both.
Regards, Chrissy
To all those who are worried about the physical exertion of this trip, I did Atlas Adventure trip last March and it shouldn't be too difficult for anybody who does any walking. The main physical demand I encountered was very achy feet at the end of the day! So I'd probably say that wearing in the boots would be more beneficial than intensive gym trips.
Best thing about the trip for me: walked for 5 days and didn't see another tourist.
Thank you for your info/advice - one positive is that my boots are well worn in!
Regards, Chrissy
Hi, y'all,
I'm on the flight ex LHR on the 12th.
I live in Scotland and plan to go down to the fleshpots of London the day before. I'm to stay with an old friend that night and will come out to LHR on Sunday afternoon. I agree, it'd be good to meet up there, so if someone can suggest when and where, I'd be obliged.
For the avoidance of doubt, Lindsay is a unisex name and I have a beard.
Lindsay.
Hi Lindsay and fellow travellers,
We have to check in at about 14.10 (3 hours before departure) so what do you think about meeting through security at Starbucks at about 3pm? If you have a better idea about time and place please say. I understand we are now a group of six - Plil and Wendy are flying from Gatwick.
Not long now!
Regards,
Chrissy
I think that's a very good choice. I shall aim to be there then, perhaps a little later.
I assume you mean there are six of us on the trip, not six meeting at LHR?
Lindsay.
Hi Lindsay,
Yes, six on our trip - four on our flight.
