I'm 29 and live in South Wales, I've got lots of good walks on my doorstep so have started doing a bit of training! I've been travelling, but never done any thing as active as this or that is part of an organised group.
How about you have you done any training? I've started gettting some of the gear, got some boots. I guess your already kitted out if you've been trekking before. Is there anything you can recommend I need to get?

I'm 23 and from Surrey. I have been on a few treks before to America/Costa Rica & Panama, but this will be the first time with this company. It looks like a full itinerary though, so we will be kept active!! I am especially looking forward to the whitewater rafting for 2 days, it's so much fun!
It would be great to find out a bit more about yourself...

The previous treks I've been on have only involved a couple of hrs walk not a whole week like this one, so this will be new to me too. I already have the boots but that's about it. I've been looking at outdoor jackets we might need for this trip, but not sure how cold it will be out there. My training hasn't really started yet, I need to start going for walks!!
