Active In The Pyrenees For Solo Travellers

This has been a really popular trip over the summer. Dont forget that if the 19th September is fully booked you could always look at the 05th September departure, although not marked specifically as a solo's departure we currently have 5 single travellers booked and 1 person currently having a think about it!

I've just got back from this trip, it was so much fun - you'll have a great time! I've uploaded some images to the trip page if you wanted to have a look, just click on the gallery, and if you want a bit of a laugh check out the Adventure Company's YouTube page and you'll see some videos of us rafting and zip wiring (I'd defintiely recommend this activity on your free day).

Highlights were definitely the white water rafting, even though I was petrified and I really enjoyed the walks, the scenery is really beautiful. Oh and any girls (and boys) that like a pamper the 5* spa in the town is well worth a visit, a touch pricey but worth it!

Make sure you take plenty of clean socks and plastic bags to keep things dry in case it rains, you should be fine in September but we had quite a bit of rain and it really helped to have clean dry socks to change in to.

Hi Nicola,

After weeks of being unsure what to do, I decided to be brave and book this holiday (booked it at the weekend!) I am really looking forward to going now, although I am still a little nervous! I am 29 and single so most of my friends have partners, kids, or can't really afford to go on holiday so I thought this sounded a good idea! Don't worry i'm not a pro at mountain biking either!! I think I am more nervous about getting on the plane by myself than the holiday!!

i've booked this holiday that week as has a friend of mine. We've done two trips previously and there were lone women travellers who had the same thoughts you're having but went anyway and now say it was a life changing holiday and the greatest experience ever and i've kept in touch with them and we meet now and then 4 or 5 of us and just have a catch up. i would highly recommend this holiday.

Just booked this trip today, for the 19th, and like everyone else am a bit nervous about going away on my own but sounds like it should be fun.

Enjoy hill walking and have very recently taking up running so decided to go for something a bit more adventurous rather than watch another holiday pass me by. Never been white water rafting but looks good!

Just wondered if there is anyone flying from Scotland? I still have to book flights from Glasgow to Toulouse.
