We always make it our business to listen to our customers, and this is the reason we have chosen to work with Feefo, the most trusted independent customer feedback forum. When you travel with us, you will receive a short survey email from Feefo approximately one week after returning from your trip asking you to rate your experience with us. This gives you the chance to tell us anything at all – be it good or bad.
You will be asked to rate the overall service you received as well as your holiday experience, choosing to rate each one as ‘excellent’, ‘good’, ‘poor’ or ‘bad’ and add a comment if you wish. Our overall product rating can be viewed below.

Mountains & Tigers - Family Holiday

The experience was one whcih will be remembered forever. It was truely a cutural experience. The highlights of the trip: Taj Mahal - You can not appreciate the beauty of building until you see it up close and personal. Tiger spotting in Corbet National Park - This was an adrenalin experience, having a tiger less than 25ft away from you is an experience and memory that will never be forgotten. Camping on the Ganges - This was a real treat which allowed us to relax and reflect on what we had seen in India. The camp site was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We went with an open mind and sense of humor, this is something we recommend travellers take. The group we travelled with were so much fun and the guide we had was excellent. This trip is certainly recommended for those who want to experience the diverse culture, vast landscape and experince India at its very best.

Active in the Sinai - Family Holiday

Our friends are amazed at what we did and to be honest so are we.

The guides are fantastic and the trips very well organised as well as on time.

Accomodation good and clean not that you see much of it. To echo my fellow travellers you need a degree of fitness so start by parking on the far side of the car park and take the stairs.

Active in the Sinai - Family Holiday

It is hard work, you never stop so be prepared. It was a brilliant holiday but be prepared to work.

 Mido the Guide is brilliant.

It is hot, very hot so please be prepared. . The hotel is excellent , it is not a 4 Star Eur hotel but Slim and the guys look after you. . . Take a torch. Egyptian H and S is not quite the same as the UK so it is a little hairy, I will not go further and ruin the suprise! . Nowhwere in Dahab accepts CC so make sure you have some Euros, Dollars or Pounds to book optional trips. . Make sure your insurance covers you for the events you will undertake, also bring the certificate with you, the Guide has to see it. . Tips are important to all of the service providers. It was a brilliant holiday but be prepared to work , also be prepared to mix as you will be sleeping with 20 people you do not know on the second night of your holiday!

Marvels of Morocco - Family holiday

Not for the faint-hearted, but if you are used to adventure holidays or feeling adventurous, this is a must. High levels of culture shock (which we love!) and a lot of moving about, which can be tiring. Summer in the Sahara is as hot as you would imagine!
