Don't just take our word for it....

We always make it our business to listen to our customers, and this is the reason we have chosen to work with Feefo, the most trusted independent customer feedback forum. When you travel with us, you will receive a short survey email from Feefo approximately one week after returning from your trip asking you to rate your experience with us. This gives you the chance to tell us anything at all – be it good or bad.
You will be asked to rate the overall service you received as well as your holiday experience, choosing to rate each one as ‘excellent’, ‘good’, ‘poor’ or ‘bad’ and add a comment if you wish. Our overall product rating can be viewed below.

Kids in the Kasbahs

Highlights had to be the trip through the Atlas mountains and Essaouira

Adgadir was a bit of a pointless stop off.

I think this trip is more suitable for 7+ due to the amount of travelling involved, much more than I originally anticipated.

Our group leader, Abdul, was excellent. I felt he was there if we needed him no matter how silly the question. He was brilliant with the kids as well.

Marvels of Morocco - Family holiday

The camel trek, climbing the dunes on foot, wandering around Essaouira on our won, the medina in Fez (both guided and on our own), the market in Rissani and many others.

[least enjoyed] Djeema el Fna in Marrakech (too much hassle, generally unfriendly). The mini-bus transfer from Cassablanca to Fez, arriving at 2.00am.

The itinery that we followed was even better than that described on the website.

Halid kept us entertained almost from breakfast until bedtime, but without getting in the way of our enjoyment of this great destination.  He was flexible and he knew when to give us free time and when to lead.  Excellent.

Saharan Sands - Family holiday

The camel trek and booking a hamam on the last day.

The adverse weather conditions meant that in the desert there were no stars at night. Therefore the berber stories and campfire were also aborted even though something else could have been arranged. The vegetarian food was dreadful in the restaurants and the service was always awful. Many meals were forgotten, usually my sons. Ed's birthday was in his words the worst. His lovely cake was presented at 11pm after another horrible meal. Edward just thought noone cared. He had travelled much of the day and the guide had never mentioned it until then.He said that in his culture birthdays were not celebrated. The cake was lovely but I was saddened that Ed hadn't enjoyed himself. He may be 14 but he's still young.

I didn't wnat to write a negative report as the Indian holiday had been amazing. This holiday was wondeful in other ways. The camel trip was just what I wanted and I had such fun in the hamam which I booked myself. More time should be spent in Marrakesh. I thought the guide lacked initiative for entertainment when things are different to the usual like weather or birthdays. Although he enjoyed talking to some guests I felt overlooked as a single person and often very left out. It wasn't a great holiday and I really hope that China will be as amazing as the India one last year.

I have made my comments in another box.

Journey to the Lost City - Family Holiday

DESERT CAMP, PETRA, DEAD SEA

THE FIRST COUPLE OF DAYS WERE TOO MUCH, I WOULD LEAVE OUT MOST OF THE STUFF IN AMAN AND GONE TO JERASH ON THE FIRST MORNING, THEN DOWN TO MADABAR FOR THE NIGHT  CARRING ON WITH THE REST OF THE TRIP AS WAS.

There should be more water fountains in hotels so less plastic is used. If this could also happen on the bus it would make it more possible to reuse bottles

RAMI OUR GUIDE WAS OUTSTANDING, HIS KNOWLEDGE AND TAKE ON EVERYTHING WAS PERFECTLY PITCHED. IT WAS LOVELY BEING IN OUR OWN CAMP IN THE DESERT AND THE BOAT ON THE RED SEA WAS OF A VERY GOOD STANDARD

THE BEST GUIDE WE HAVE EVER HAD

Journey to the Lost City - Family Holiday

Petra, Wadi Rum

[least enjoyed] Hotel Toledo - ambivalent service, awful food, noisy and dirty rooms.

Other hotels were good.

Fantastic trip!

Amer was excellent - enthusiastic, passionate about Jordan, flexible, attentive and open.

Active in the Sinai - Family Holiday

Mount Sinai @sunrise Desert overnight

[least enjoyed] time of flights- arriving late evening  one of the visits to a bedouin family after tombs- was a duplicate of others(which were better) and fly infested

a day or two longer to build in some more chill time would have made even better

the hotel was ideal clean and local and location on sea front second to none- staff brilliant

He was really good and was part of what made holiday as brill as it was

The Inca Trail - Teenage Adventure

Excellent local guide in the Amazon, poor local guides in other areas-were not able to tailor their knowledge or presentation to children so far too much detail and the kids were bored after a while, also English not always that good. Our overall tour leader was excellent. Flights on Iberia were not good-v cramped and no choice in in-flight entertainment, return flight with LAN was much better. Info from customer service not 100% accurate

[least enjoyed] Getting food poisoning in Puno-3 members of our family!

We designed our own itinerary but Jon was excellent with his advice and in managing to fit in everything

no hot water in hotel in Aguas calientes

very good-also helped us buy a Prom dress in Cusco!
