Feedback Sahara Sands
Wow....
We've just returned from a family holiday to Morocco - Mohamid and Sulimaine we fab hosts and sensitive to our family's needs. Suiimaine ensured the family were aware of the days adventures/ itinerary - plenty to occupy both adults and children. During the longer days travelling the children were occupied on the coach and stops were appropriate to our needs coffee and toilets -v- photo opportunities in the snow! His knowledge and enthusiasm for his country shone through!
Sulimaine was aware of our enthusiasm to find out more of the Moroccan culture and ensured that all members of the group understood the diversity of the Moroccan culture - maps, photographs, visits to cooperatives,
We've just re-lived our photos with the grandparents! The children's excitement was proof that they had enjoyed the adventure! The group bonded well and the children all of similar ages had the opportunity to bond and share in the adventure - Exploring the Sand dunes in the desert or the challenge of the souks in Marakesh!
We are still in awe of the Cooks ability to conjure up great feasts within the limited resources of the desert - on gas burners he was able to create fabulous three course meals and wonderful breakfasts (inc Berber Doughnuts) in the middle of nowhere!!! His salads were a work of art - the children were inspired to eat beetroot for the first time!!! Delicious was their response!!!
Tonight at bedtime our children were asking when will we have another adventure holiday like this? Recommendation in itself!
