Can I make meal and seat requests?
We pass on seat and meal requests to airlines; please highlight at the time of booking and note all requests are subject to confirmation from the airline. On some short haul flights meal options may be limited. Not all airlines offer the facility to pre-book seats.

When should I book?
To avoid the possibility of paying flight supplements we recommend you book as early as possible, especially during peak travel times, such as Easter, Christmas and Summer Holidays. On many trips we hold an allocation of seats which are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I buy cheaper tickets?
Yes, but generally the cheaper the airline ticket is the more restrictions are imposed.
Discounted tickets are often non-refundable and non-changeable. International flights can, and do, change, which may leave you with airline tickets no longer matching the tour. The Adventure Company cannot accept liability for the loss of your regional or international flights if you book them yourself.

Do I need to reconfirm my flights?
Your Joining Instructions will advise whether or not your airline requires you to, and if so will give the relevant phone number. If you are required to reconfirm it is vital that you do this at least 72 hours before departure.

Can I upgrade my flights?
All Group Flights are in economy class. We have negotiated competitive upgrade fares with a number of our airline partners for travel in business/club and first class. Some airlines also offer an enhanced premium economy cabin with greater seat pitch. For a quote speak to a Travel Consultant.

Are my flights protected?
All our air holidays and flights are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. This means in the unlikely event of insolvency the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. The price of your holiday includes a £2.50 charge per person which goes to the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) fund. If you book your own flights check they are ATOL protected, visit atol.org.uk.
