| About yourself: | Travel has always been in my blood and since joining The Adventure Company in 2003 I have been lucky enough to combine this passion with my work. My first adventure took place in Africa and after travelling across the Sahara Desert by truck I hitched down to Cape Town - from there onwards I kept going for the next 8 years on and off. |
| What do you love most about your job? |
I love travel and I am a bit of geek so what could be better! I love making the website as accessible as possible so that people really get a true understanding of where they are about to travel to. |
| What is your most memorable travel experience? |
Paddling down the River Congo in a dug out canoe for 1000km - it took over a month but something I will never forget!. |

| What inspires you to travel? |
A sense of adventure and exploring remote and out of the way destinations. I loved meeting locals and learning their way of life and it taught me a lot. |
| Which Adventure Company trips have you been on? |
Serengeti Explorer - I had previously travelled extensively throughout Africa so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was totally bowled over by the amount of game and excitement generated on this trip. Discover Vietnam - What amazing seafood! Seriously there is so much to see in this country, from the amazing sight of Halong Bay in the North to the Mekong Delta in the South. A great trip covering a lot of this fascinating country. |
